Stay In The Game Performance is operated by PepDrive365 LLC. This policy explains what we collect on stayinthegameperformance.com, why, who it goes to, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect your first name and email address when you ask for a report. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
If you take the Functional Age Test, your raw measurements never leave your device. Your sit-to-stand count, waist measurement, resting heart rate, plank time and sleep hours are calculated in your browser. Only the resulting score is sent to us.
When you request a report or join our email list, we collect your first name and email address. That is the entire form.
The test asks for nine inputs. Those inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are stored only on your own device. When you choose to have your result emailed to you, we receive:
We do not receive your individual measurements. If you never submit the form, we receive nothing at all.
Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
The Functional Age Test saves two things in your browser's local storage: your test history (so you can see whether your number moved when you retest), and your referral code. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is erased when you clear your browser data.
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We will also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
This is an educational and marketing site. It is not a medical practice, it does not provide medical care, and information you enter here is not protected health information under HIPAA.
Clinical care, prescriptions and medical records are handled separately by our affiliated medical practice, under its own privacy notice and its own legal obligations. Nothing you submit on this site becomes part of a medical record, and taking the Functional Age Test does not create a provider relationship.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
Residents of California, Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you are welcome to confirm that with us. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process your information on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To exercise any of these, email steve@pepdrive365.com. We will verify that the request is really from you, and respond within the time the applicable law allows — generally 45 days in the United States and 30 days in the UK and EEA. There is no charge.
We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep something by law. Server logs are retained on our host's ordinary schedule.
This site is served over HTTPS, and our email platform holds your data under its own security programme. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not tell you otherwise. What we can tell you is that we collect very little, which is the most reliable protection there is.
We operate in the United States and our service providers store data there. If you are visiting from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so in an email to our list rather than hoping you notice.
